For the last 5 years, Yulia has been working as the director of the personnel selection and development department at POLUS. The main enterprises of the company are located in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Irkutsk and Magadan Regions, as well as in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and include 5 operating mines, gold placers, and a number of projects under construction and development.
Previously she has worked for SUEK, Russian Aluminum (formerly RUSAL) and Bails Recruitment boutique recruiting agency.
