Sanitary and Epidemiological Rules

Admission to the forum will be carried out in accordance with the requirements of Rospotrebnadzor to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection at conferences and exhibitions. You can get view the requirements of the Rospotrebnadzor on their website.

Wet disinfecting cleaning with virucidal agents and automatic ventilation of the premises will be carried out on the site before the opening.

Organisers and staff will be briefed daily on safety measures and the use of disinfectants. Every day before being admitted to the site, all employees will be required to measure the temperature.

People with fever and signs of infection will be immediately suspended from work. There will be limited contacts between working groups of employees at the site. The organisers and staff will wear masks and disposable gloves at all times.

Online Registration and Contactless Registration on the Forum

All forum participants must pre-register and print out a confirmation with a barcode or save it to their phone.

Forum staff will carry out registration at a desk fenced with special protective screens. When registering, forum participants must present confirmation of registration, after which they will be able to self-stick a printed sticker with their name, surname and company name on an individual badge. Next, participants will receive an individual package with the forum program, a medical mask, gloves, and a sanitiser. The participant badge will serve as a pass to the conference rooms and the dining area. Our employees and the security service will scan the badges of all forum participants at the entrance and exit, which will allow us to control the presence of the permissible number of people in the halls and in the food areas.

Sanitary and Epidemiological Control at the Entrance to the Hotel

At the entrance to the hotel, security personnel will check temperature of all visitors. If an elevated temperature is detected, the visitor will be invited to the medical centre for a second check. Visitors with fever will not be allowed to the forum site. Detailed information on safety and health protection is published on the hotel’s website.

Mandatory Use of Personal Protective Equipment

All participants, visitors, organisers and service personnel of the forum and exhibition are admitted to the site only with a mask and gloves.

Social Distancing

To ensure the safety and health of others, we ask participants to refrain from close contacts, gatherings of 3 or more participants, follow the indicated routes and comply with the social distancing requirements published on the hotel website.

Preventive Measures in the Exhibition Area

The construction of the exhibition will be organised in accordance with the routing scheme, observance of the width of the aisles of at least 3 meters, as well as the arrangement of workplaces at the booths, taking into account distance of at least 1.5 meters.

Exhibitors at the booth must always wear masks and gloves. If drinks are served at the booth, it is necessary to use disposable tableware.

The booth must be equipped with a sanitiser. All surfaces should be treated with antiseptic every two hours. Every 2 hours wet cleaning of all contact surfaces and common areas with the use of disinfectants will be carried out in the exhibition and conference halls.

Preventive Measures in the Forum Halls

In the forum halls, seating plan will take into account the distance of 1.5 meters between the chairs for both participants in the room and speakers on stage. Every 2 hours all contact surfaces and common areas will be wet cleaned with disinfectants. Whenever possible, conference rooms will be supplied with bottled water and disposable cups.

  • Personal badges and handouts will not be issued to visitors.
  • Visitors are not allowed into the Forum halls and the dining area.
  • Before entering the site, there will be an opportunity to purchase personal protective equipment.
  • Visitors will be able buy food and drinks in the cafeteria, located in the aisle between the exhibition halls.

Meals

The food areas will use disposable cutlery, disposable drink cups and individual water bottles. If a cold and hot dishes are served at the buffet, the serving will be carried out by the hotel catering staff.
