The Forum brings together Russian and international companies and organisations involved in prospecting, exploration, mining, and processing raw minerals and metals in Russia and the CIS counties.

How the Forum is Organised?

The Forum program combines a set of events organised onsite in Moscow and virtually.

Thanks to the hybrid events technology, participants will be able to listen to presentations and communicate with presenters speaking at the physical venue in Moscow and those presenting remotely. This technology also makes it possible to organise simultaneous translation from Russian and English languages.

The MINEX Forum Digital Media Agency offers companies a new format for creating 3D presentations on the Immersive Mining platform. Using virtual reality technologies, AI and Internet-enabled communication tools, companies will be able to teleport the Forum attendees and Exhibition visitors to their mines and showcase production units. Presentations created on the Immersive Mining platform can be used to organise virtual tours, online roadshows, HR days, distance learning, and much more.

To facilitate business networking and scheduling meetings, the forum participants will be using a web application.

For the first time, the exhibition held alongside the Forum will be organised in a hybrid format. Exhibitors who are not able to travel to come to Moscow will be able to meet with visitors using Internet kiosks built into their exhibition booths. The digital twin of the exhibition will continue to operate after the forum, extending marketing, presentation, and engagement in the virtual format.

After the forum, participants will have access to all presented materials, including video recordings and slides.
