Artem Korolev

Graduated from Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov. Since 2014, he has been the head of the Reliable Smena Foundation, which develops and implements youth educational projects for the fuel, energy and mineral resources sectors. In 2011 he has founded and leads the Youth Forum of Mining Leaders NP (a public organisation of young representatives of the mining sector). This organisation currently exceeds  10,000 memebrs. Major projects: International Engineering Case-in Championship (since 2013). The largest international competition system for solving engineering cases for schoolchildren, students, and young specialists of the fuel and energy and mineral resources complexes; In 2019, the project was included in the ANO "Russia, the country of opportunities", created on the initiative of the President. The project annually brings together more than 60 universities, 30 companies, 10,000 participants. Youth Scientific and practical youth forum "Mining School" (since 2012), Youth Day of the Russian Energy Week Curator of more than 30 annual corporate projects for the development of the talent pool, incl. in companies: JSC SO UES, PJSC FGC UES, JSC SUEK, JSC MHK Eurochem, PJSC Mosenergo, PJSC T +, PJSC Rosseti Author of more than 30 publications on the development of human resources potential and implementation of youth policy in the fuel and energy sector; He is a member of working groups and commissions on personnel and youth policy at the Ministry of Energy of Russia, Rosmolodezh.
