SESSION 2 - «Metals & Mining HR» Conference
06 October 2021 / 16:00 - 17:30 | Glinka Hall

Strategic objectives of effective training and and employment of specialists for the mining and metallurgical complex

In the context of the intensive introduction of high-tech solutions into the industry, the digitalization of all production processes, higher education should form a system that implies constant renewal, individualization of the approach to the offer of educational technologies, stable feedback with specialized production organizations, which are the main “consumers” of university work. The key characteristic of modern education is not only the transfer of knowledge, but, first of all, the joint formation of professional competencies with industrial partners, readiness for continuous training, professional retraining and additional education. At the same time, the educational process should have the ultimate goal of effective employment of graduates with competencies that meet the needs of production.
