To help companies communicate with different language groups, we generate, translate, and add foreign language subtitles to the webinars and video presentations.

Using sophisticated AI-enabled technology, we also create video presentations in 30 languages reducing the costs of simultaneous translation.

Example. If you have recorded a webinar in English and want to deliver it to a Russian speaking audience, we can create subtitles and add a Russian voice-over to the original soundtrack enabling you to stream this webinar to your Russian speaking viewers without simultaneous translation.

Our multilingual simultaneous translation system allows to organise translation in up to 3 languages. Regardless of what platform you choose to bring in your speakers, your guests will be able to watch your event on screen in the virtual meeting room. Simultaneous translation will be streamed either directly to the screen or to the multi-audio translation player. Service also includes technical set-up rehearsal with external interpreters.

Presentation and Promotion

The package includes:

Virtual event room set-up

We will create a computer-generated 3D model of the virtual event room which will include broadcast screen. We can also place a downloadable event agenda, speaker profiles and additional promotional literature and videos. The room will be linked to your virtual booth. Guests arriving to the booth will be greeted by computer-generated avatar who will greet your guests with a pre-recorded message will invite them to enter the event meeting room. If your quests are having technical issues with joining the meeting, our technical team will provide support via chat and video calls during the meeting.

Speaker support

The package also includes technical training sessions with speakers, pre-recording speakers who cannot take part /participate in the live events, technical support during the live broadcast.

Live multichannel broadcast

Live or pre-recorded events will be streamed to the main screen of the Virtual event room. Organiser’s or event watermark will be added to the stream.
If required, the event can be multi-streamed simultaneously to several social media platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitch and Vimeo.
Video recordings of the events are recorded and shared with the organisers via cloud sharing e.g. Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive.
