Born on August 25, 1979 in the city of Asbest, Sverdlovsk region. In 1994 he graduated from secondary school No. 8 in Asbest, after which he entered the Asbest mining technical school for training in the specialty "Repair and operation of mining electrical and electromechanical equipment." After graduating from college, he entered the Ural State Mining and Geological Academy, specializing in Mining Machines and Equipment, which he graduated with honors in 2001 and was invited to study for graduate school. During his studies at the technical school and the academy, he underwent practical training with employment at the Uralasbest plant. In 2004 he defended his Ph.D. thesis for the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences. In 2005 he received the title of Associate Professor at the Department of Mining Mechanics. In 2020, he graduated with honors from the Ural State University of Economics with a degree in State and Municipal Administration. He began his career at OJSC "Uralasbest" as an apprentice locksmith at an electric locomotive-repair depot in 1995. Since 2017, vice-rector for the educational and methodological complex of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "Ural State Mining University".
