Work Experience: - Eight years of experience in the Magadan Oblast Arbitration Court and three years of work in municipal service in the Magadan Mayor's Office. - Six years of experience in a gold mining company. Olga joined the legal department of Kinross Far East LLC (a Kinross company) as a legal counsel in 2013, and after a short break continued to work as legal adviser and lead legal counsel. Currently holds a position of Executive Director in Udinsk Gold LLC (a Kinross company): Olga is involved in launching the new project in Khabarovsk Krai and, along with the General Director, coordinates various aspects of the company’s operation, including legal aspects, representative functions, industrial safety, and launching the project in close cooperation with the company’s departments.
