DrillGeo is a digital system used for personnel management, geological exploration, monitoring of drilling parameters, and equipment condition.
The system allows to quickly monitor the progress of exploration. The software and hardware complex and algorithms developed by DrillGeoRobotics allow to determine the current state of the equipment, the type of work performed, collect data, convert it into standardised and understandable drilling parameters, display on the operator panel, archive and transfer online, and offline modes to the database.
The analytics system allows you to create customisable reports and graphs for the management and various services of the company. Operational reports in real-time provide complete information and serve as the basis for quick management decisions.
The automatic dispatcher monitors the current state of the sensors, determines the current status (operating modes) of the drilling rig, identifies possible equipment failures, sending messages to target services.
A digital model of a drilling rig uses a mathematical algorithm that calculates the wear of key components predicting possible failures in advance and creating requests for the supply of spare parts and scheduling preventive maintenance.
