Elena Babkina

Elena graduated from South Ural State University and completed a director internship at the Moscow School of Management Skolkovo. In 2020 she received a Master of Science degree under the International Human Resource Management program, Kingston University in cooperation with RANHiGS. Elena has held various positions in the personnel department of Lafarge Cement in the Urals. In 2008-2009 she was a communication specialist, in 2009-2011 a training manager, then in 2010-2012, she worked as a project manager for the implementation of an operating model of a plant at two production sites. From 2012 to 2015, she held the position of HR manager at the Swedish gold mining company Auriant Mining. From 2016 to 2021 she worked as HR and Administration Director of the Highland Gold group of companies. In 2021, she joined the team of Petropavlovsk Group of Companies as Chief Operating Officer for Human Resources.
