Bella Amkhadova

Bella has over 15 years of experience in HR management.

Since 2013, she has been responsible for recruiting and onboarding personnel, as well as developing the employer brand in Norilsk Nickel.

Previously, she worked for the Swiss company Adecco and the company Metalloinvest.

In 2020, she became a member of the board of Women in Mining Russia association (WIM RU).
