Alexey Kharitontsev

Alexey has over 20 years of experience in consulting and management in various companies, including public listed ones. He also has extensive experience in the implementation of cross-border investment projects, including transactions in the USA, EU, Ukraine, and Russia, as well as experience in operational management in the insurance and banking sector, in the mining industry. Alexey has over 7 years of experience serving on the boards of directors. In 2016 and 2017, he was an independent director at JSC Energomash and JSC Russian Space Systems, the largest companies in the space sector. At various times, he also served on the boards of directors of companies operating in the financial sector. He is currently a non-executive member of the Board of Directors of the IRC public mining company. From January 2016 to December 2020, Alexey was Deputy General Director for Corporate Development at Highland Gold Mining Limited. Prior to that, he held management and legal positions in a number of investment companies. Alexey graduated from the Master of Public Strategy and Executive MBA programs at the Skolkovo Moscow School of Management and holds a Master's degree in Law from Columbia University (USA).
