Unkur copper-silver project in Kodar-Udokan mineral district in 2021
In 2021 Azarga Metals published an updated preliminary economic assessment for Unkur copper-silver project. New results yielded high IRR and NPV parameters for open pit and underground mining during 14 years with 58-60% copper contribution to revenue and 40-42% silver depending on price scenario. Current Inferred resources (~500 kt Cu eq) can be increased after drill testing the new copper targets discovered by Azarga in 2020.
