Alexander Medvedev

Alexander Medvedev was born on May 21, 1956 in Ukraine in the town of Storozhinets, Chernivtsi region. He graduated from secondary school No. 6 in Uzhgorod, Transcarpathian region.

From 1973 to 1978 he studied at the Tomsk Polytechnic Institute at the Faculty of Automation and Computer Engineering. After graduation, he worked until 1979 at the Orenburg Machine-Building Plant (PA "Strela"). Thre  he was elected a member of the Komsomol committee o(Secretary of the Komsomol committee of the enterprise - VA Sytezhev). The active life position of the young specialist did not go unnoticed - he was invited to work as an instructor in the management department in the Orenburg city committee of the Komsomol (First Secretary - Knizhnik B.C.). In 1980, A.K. Medvedev was appointed head of the management department. From 1982 to 1985 he headed the Central District Komsomol organisation in Orenburg.

In 1985, A.K. Medvedev was promoted to the position of an instructor for the industry of the Orenburg Regional Executive Committee. Since 1988 he has been working as the head of the organizational department of the Orenburg Regional Executive Committee, elected as a deputy of the Regional Council of People's Deputies. In 1990 he was appointed head of the organizational department of the regional council of People's Deputies.

In 1991 A.K. Medvedev was appointed executive and, in 1993, general director of the Orenburg-ASKO Insurance Company. In 1998, OJSC "Insurance company" Gubernskaya "was elected.

In 2003 A.K. Medvedev was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors, and in 2004, General Director of Drilling Equipment Plant JSC.
