Graduated from Moscow State University. M.V. Lomonosov, Faculty of Economics, Candidate of Economic Sciences.

Participates in the activities of commissions and expert councils of state and public organizations, including the Russian Trilateral Commission for the Regulation of Social and Labor Relations, the Council for Trusteeship in the Social Sphere under the Government of the Russian Federation, the Public Council of the Ministry of Labor of Russia, the Board of the FSS of Russia.

He works in the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP), deals with the development of the activities of employers and their associations on the issues of responsible business and sustainable development, non-financial reporting, cross-sectoral partnerships, development of tools for independent assessment of companies and the quality of public corporate reporting, including indices in the field sustainable development. Provides consulting assistance to companies on these issues.

He is one of the developers of the Social Charter of Russian Business, organizer of the creation and maintenance of the National Register of corporate non-financial reports, organizer of preparation and co-author of analytical reviews of the development of non-financial reporting practices in Russia, collections of successful corporate practices, methodological developments for companies.

Has more than 60 publications on professional issues.
