Venue: Radisson Slavyanskaya Hotel, Europe Square 2, 121059, Moscow, Russian Federation
Based on the Decree of the Mayor of Moscow dated July 16, 2021 No. 42-UM “On Amendments to the Decree of the Mayor of Moscow No. 68-UM dated June 8, 2020”, in order to attend events in the COVID-FREE format, in addition to tickets / confirmation of registration, you must also present a passport with a corresponding QR code, showing either that you have had a vaccine against coronavirus, or that you have had the virus in the last 6 months, or a negative result of a PCR test, taken no earlier than 72 hours before the start of the event.
Foreign citizens can get a QR code based on the results of a PCR test taken in a laboratory connected to the UMIAS system (the list of laboratories where you can take PCR tests and get a QR code is available here). A negative PCR test result gives you a QR code valid for 72 hours.
If a foreign citizen has had COVID in Russia or has taken a PCR test in one of the laboratories connected to the UMIAS system, he can receive a QR code in a special service on the mos.ru portal using the link.
Detailed information on obtaining and using QR codes can be found here.
If you travel to the event from the Moscow region or another city in Russia, you need to have a QR code received in your region. You can also take a PCR test in Moscow no earlier than 72 hours before the start of the event.
Thank you for your understanding.
