Dmitry Pristanskov was born in 1976. Graduated with honors from the Law Faculty of St. Petersburg State University with a degree in jurisprudence, holds a PhD in Law, author of more than 10 scientific and practical articles and publications, underwent professional training at the International Banking Institute under the finance and credit program, and advanced training on the basis of the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Singapore to study the best practices of public administration.
From March 2019 to the present time. - holds the position of State Secretary - Vice President for Interaction with Authorities and Management of PJSC MMC Norilsk Nickel.
In 2016–2018 - Held the position of Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation - Head of the Federal Agency for State Property Management. In 2014–2016 - was the director of federal and regional programs at Norilsk Nickel.
In 2005–2014. - worked in various positions in the Federal Agency for State Property Management, having worked his way up to the Deputy Head of the Agency.
2001 to 2005 - worked in commercial organizations.
1999 to 2001 - served as assistant to the prosecutor of the Vyborgsky district of St. Petersburg, then worked as a prosecutor of the department for supervision of the legality of judicial decisions in civil cases of the prosecutor's office of the Leningrad region.
