Maksim Kadantsev graduated from Tomsk Polytechnic University ("Economics and Enterprise Management"), Russian-American Center ("Management"). Postgraduate studies in economic theory at Tomsk State University.
He rose from an economist at an enterprise in the energy industry to the head of the economics and business analysis department of the IT department of a large machine-building holding and the senior manager of PricewaterhouseCoopers Russia.
Maksim еook part in a number of planning and finance projects. Since September 2009, he has been the head of the corporate project for building the SSC of the accounting services of SIBUR Group.
From April 2010 to 2013 - General Director of SIBUR-TsOB.
From June 2013 to March 2016 - Director of the Department of Informatization and Business Processes Development.
Since October 2017, Maksim has been the CIO at ALROSA.
