Mark was born in Norilsk in 1986, graduated from the Norilsk Industrial Institute with the qualification "Automation Engineer" with a degree in "Automation of production processes and production".

He began his career at the Komsomolsky mine of the Polar Division of Norilsk Nickel as an electrical fitter for equipment repair, worked as an automation and mechanization engineer for the automation of technological processes. He worked as a chief specialist of the Industrial Automation Systems Implementation Department of the Production Automation Department for 5 years. Currently, he is an expert in the business area of ​​industrial automation at Norilsk Nickel - Oyiyu Service Center.
