Physical exhibition booth shell (2m width)

Construction of an exhibition booth with the company’s name on the front panel. 1 table, 2 chairs,
220 V power supply. Space for banner (up to 1.8 meters wide and 2 meters high) and option to
decorate booth panels with self-adhesive film (charged extra).

Virtual booth at the digital exhibition

Design of a virtual booth with a built-in “online meeting room” and its placement at the digital virtual
exhibition of the forum for a period of 12 months. Placement at the booth of a video presentation and
promotional digital materials. Exhibitor’s profile listing on the forum website. Exhibitor’s profile listing
in the mobile application.

Participation in the Forum

In-person

Two admission tickets to the Forum events on 6 and 7 October including coffee breaks, lunches, and
evening receptions. Access through the mobile application to the list of participants. The ability to
schedule physical and online meetings with the Forum participants through the mobile application.
Access to the Forum materials after the event. Delegate packs with the Forum program, sanitiser,
face mask, disposable gloves, pen and notepad.
