"StаffManager" is a system of effective personnel management, as well as tracking its movements based on digital technologies.
The "StaffManager" system allows to assign tasks to employees and monitor their progress. The algorithm developed by the "RIT" allows the creation of flow charts of tasks for different industries. The interface of the technological map is simple and straightforward, so any employee can work with it. In addition, any "mandatory conditions" that the employee must record in the process of work, for example, a photo or video, can be introduced into the technological map.
Thanks to a smart algorithm, the system increases the safety of personnel in production and minimizes injuries by monitoring the availability of PPE, monitoring travel routes, as well as fixing hazardous areas and the possibility of collisions with equipment.
StaffManager provides Indoor positioning of personnel with an accuracy of 10 cm, which meets Rostechnadzor's requirements for safety rules at coal processing plants (Order No. 428 dated October 28, 2020), as well as outdoor positioning using GPS and Glonass communications. "
