Graduated from the Chemistry Faculty of St. Petersburg State University in 2008. Defended his Ph.D. thesis at the St. Petersburg Mining University, specialising in metallurgy of ferrous, non-ferrous, and rare metals in 2016.

Aleksandr specialises in autoclave processes and technologies for processing gold-bearing and polymetallic raw materials, mathematical modeling of autoclave processes. Manages projects related to research activities on a laboratory and pilot scale.

He has scientific works and took part in Russian and international conferences.
